Cancellation policy

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our fragrances, orders may only be canceled within a short period after being placed. Once an order has entered production, been hand mixed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

At Mistify Parfums, each fragrance is handmade and prepared specifically for your order to ensure maximum freshness and quality. Because of this process, we reserve the right to deny cancellation requests once production has begun.
