Mistify Parfums, like many fragrance companies and distributors, does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Due to the nature of fragrance products, once an order has been shipped and received, we cannot guarantee that the item has not been used, altered, or tampered with. Because of this, products cannot be restocked or resold by Mistify Parfums.

We stand behind the quality of our ingredients and formulations. However, fragrance is highly subjective, and individual scent preferences may vary. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for fragrances that may not match your personal taste or style.
