Shipping policy

At Mistify Parfums, every fragrance is made to order to ensure the highest quality possible. Because of this, orders typically require processing time before shipment.

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, and in many cases, orders may even ship the same day depending on volume and inventory availability. We pride ourselves on processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible.

We ship orders 7 days a week, including weekends whenever possible.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Packages may or may not require a signature upon delivery. Most orders are delivered directly to your mailbox or front door, however delivery decisions are ultimately made by the shipping carrier based on what they determine to be a safe delivery location.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as Mistify Parfums is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
